EU Inc Now exists to make one confusing topic clear: EU Inc, the 28th Regime, the European Union's proposed single, EU-wide company form. We explain what it is, track every step toward launch, and form an EU company for founders who need one today.

How EU Inc Now prepares its guides

EU Inc Now is the corporate author and publisher. The byline identifies the organisation responsible for the content. A source check is not a personal legal opinion or an expert endorsement.

• Check the rule and its date. We prioritise legislation, national registries, tax authorities and regulators. Specialist references can add context. Proposed rules, enacted rules and future effective dates are kept separate.
• State the review scope. Country source sections list the topics checked and the check date. A registration-fee check does not establish that every tax rule, exemption or service estimate was reviewed.
• Preserve the conditions. Company form, applicant eligibility, financial year and filing route can change the result. We distinguish capital from fees, and registry processing from the complete setup timeline.
• Update shared facts together. Corrected country facts feed the country profiles and comparison tables. We also review the related explanations and FAQs for inconsistent wording.
